About the role

We are looking for proactive Sales Advisors to serve members and visiting athletes at our club locations in Zone 9 or Zone 16, Cayalá. You will be the first point of contact, handling the front‑desk, dispensing beverages and pro‑shop items, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist club members and visitors.
• Manage the reception desk and cash register.
• Prepare and serve drinks and sell pro‑shop merchandise.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints promptly.
• Operate the club’s management software for sales and inventory tracking.

Required profile

• Availability to work in Cayalá, Zone 9 or Zone 16.
• Verified, stable experience in sales advising.
• Proactive, dynamic, organized, honest and transparent.
• Eagerness to learn and improve.
• Excellent personal and professional presentation.
• Own transportation (vehicle or motorcycle) due to limited public transport.
