About the role
The company is looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support the management team and ensure smooth daily operations. This role involves handling documentation, correspondence, and providing excellent service to both internal and external clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the management team with assigned tasks and documentation.
- Maintain control and handling of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide attentive service to internal and external customers, addressing information requests.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring efficient scheduling.
- Manage office logistics, including motorcycle parking arrangements.
Required profile
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Responsible, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Availability Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
What we offer
- Monday‑to‑Friday work schedule with occasional Saturday work.

- Location in Zone 4, Mixco.
