Asistente de Gerencia General - Profesional Financiera

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant to the General Management with a strong financial background to support our executive team in Guatemala. The role combines administrative coordination, financial reporting and internal communication to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the General Manager’s calendar, schedule meetings and coordinate logistics.
• Prepare, organize and file documentation, including financial reports and presentations.
• Track and follow up on financial statements, budgets and other reporting tools.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications, answering calls and responding to clients and suppliers professionally.
• Support cross‑functional teams with clerical tasks such as correspondence, record keeping and data entry.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
