Associate Systems Engineer – HPE Aruba & Juniper (CCA)

About the role

TD SYNNEX is looking for an Associate Systems Engineer specializing in HPE Aruba and HPE Juniper solutions to support its Caribbean Central America (CCA) market. You will act as a technical advisor, helping customers and partners design, quote, and implement networking solutions that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Aruba and Juniper wired, wireless, and security solutions.
• Partner with Account Managers to lead discovery, design architectures, build bills of materials, generate quotes, and position solutions competitively.
• Drive demand through workshops, webinars, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts for customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Analyze pipeline, win/loss and adoption metrics; provide insights and next‑step recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product roadmaps, competitor landscape, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data‑security standards, and vendor program requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Business is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering or pre‑sales for enterprise networking (switching, routing, wireless, security).
• Proficient in English (B2+); Spanish is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently with light supervision and manage moderate‑complexity accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HPE Aruba networking solutions (e.g., ACNA, ACNP certifications).
• Hands‑on experience with HPE Juniper networking solutions (e.g., JNCIA, JNCIS‑ENT certifications).
• Enterprise switching, routing, wireless and network security design.
• Solution architecture, BOM creation and quote generation.
• Familiarity with ITIL Foundation or similar service‑management frameworks.
