Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Navex Project

About the role

GenteLabora, on behalf of Allied Global, is seeking bilingual customer service professionals to join the Navex project in Guatemala City. The position starts on September 21st and requires full‑time, on‑site work in Zone 11.

Key responsibilities

• Provide English‑language support to customers, handling inquiries and issues.
• Follow the training and nesting schedule to achieve performance standards.
• Maintain high levels of empathy, active listening, and problem‑solving during interactions.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or C1 level) – both verbal and written.
• Availability to start on September 21st and work the defined training and production schedules.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to a 100 % on‑site work mode in Zone 11.
