Category Manager & Business Intelligence Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an analytical, business‑oriented professional to drive growth of our product categories through data, insights and commercial strategies. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, you will turn information into actionable recommendations that improve profitability and accelerate sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop category, assortment, pricing and innovation strategies aligned with business and client objectives.
• Analyze sales, market, consumer, competitor and promotional performance data to generate strategic recommendations.
• Advise clients and internal teams on assortment optimization, planograms, shelf space and category growth strategies.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs and reports to support commercial decision‑making and performance tracking.
• Integrate, automate and optimize data sources to ensure reliable analysis and efficient processes.
• Monitor product launches, market trends and shopper behaviour, communicating insights through executive presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics or related fields.
• Prior experience in Category Management, Revenue Growth Management, Business Intelligence, Trade Marketing, Commercial Analytics or similar areas.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot).
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with market data tools such as NielsenIQ, Kantar or equivalents.
• Familiarity with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse or SAP Analytics Cloud (plus).
