Corporate Recruiter

About the role

Podium is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for its Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and G&A functions in Guatemala. You will partner with business leaders to design recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines and ensure a best‑in‑class candidate experience as the company scales its AI‑driven solutions for local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple departments, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
• Map talent markets and identify companies that provide top talent for the U.S. market.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Track hiring metrics, analyze trends and report progress to leadership.
• Recommend and implement scalable improvements to recruiting processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in tech companies serving the U.S. market.
• Fluent in conversational and written English.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing abilities.
• Owner‑mindset with high urgency and a proven track record of delivering results.
