Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate, timely, and empathetic support to users.
- Use internal tools and follow established procedures (SOPs).
- Stay updated on policies and processes.
- Gather additional information when needed and provide clear, effective solutions.
Required profile
- Advanced level of English.
- 18+ years old.
- Complete documentation.
- High school diploma (verifiable).
- Full-time availability.
