Digitador (Data Entry Clerk)

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Digitador to join our team at GCG, a leading strategic partner serving airlines, airports and culinary enterprises across the Caribbean and Latin America. The role focuses on accurately entering orders from various industries into our systems, supporting production and ensuring smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders and production requests with high accuracy.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the company’s order management system.
• Verify data for completeness and resolve any inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and customer service teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Generate routine reports on order status as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable using standard office software.
• Good communication skills in Spanish and English.
