Diseñador(a) UI/UX – Sistema de Comisiones

About the role

We are looking for a senior UI/UX Designer to create an intuitive interface for a commission and incentive management system. The solution must translate complex business rules, formulas, and exceptions into clear, editable screens that business users can operate without constant IT support.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphical elements and user flows for configuration, simulation, calculation, review, approval, correction, recalculation, dispute, and closure.
• Transform diverse rules, formulas, and exceptions into readable, consistent interfaces that prevent high‑impact errors.
• Create views that display rule validity, ownership, source, version, condition, calculation, and status while preserving traceability.
• Develop tables, filters, comparators, drill‑downs and summaries that explain results from aggregate to detailed levels.
• Design error, exception, missing‑data, retroactive change, cancellation, refund and adjustment scenarios.
• Define visual patterns, confirmations, permissions, history and sensitive actions with error‑prevention mechanisms.
• Prototype and validate designs with users from HR, Compensation, Finance, Accounting, Auditing and commercial management.
• Collaborate with functional architecture, product owner, frontend developers and QA to ensure verifiable behavior.
• Maintain a reusable visual system that can incorporate new brands primarily through parametrization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, Interaction Design or equivalent senior roles.
• Proven ability to design complex, rule‑driven interfaces for business users.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including product owners, developers and QA.
• Strong understanding of auditability, traceability and error‑prevention in UI design.
