About the role

The Premium Sales Executive will manage the sale of high‑end medical aesthetic services, providing personalized attention and specialized advice to clients. The role focuses on building trust, closing commercial opportunities, and achieving sales targets through a differentiated premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to clients interested in medical aesthetic services.
• Advise clients on treatments and services offered by the clinic.
• Follow up with prospects and potential customers.
• Manage the commercial process from the initial consultation to sale closure.
• Achieve established commercial targets.
• Generate confidence and strengthen client relationships.
• Track quotations, inquiries, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain a premium service experience throughout the client journey.
• Foster client loyalty through continuous personalized follow‑up.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Preferable experience in medical clinics, aesthetic, dermatology, or related sectors.
• Experience selling premium services and delivering personalized attention.
• Availability to work in Zona 13, Guatemala City.
