About the role

The company is looking for a senior commercial professional to lead portfolio development and strategic business management in the logistics storage sector. The role will oversee the full commercial routine, from prospecting new opportunities to managing corporate accounts and guiding projects through to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the acquisition of new accounts and monitor commercial opportunities.
• Maintain daily commercial activities, including visits, quotations, and closing deals.
• Track project progress from generation to contract confirmation and signature.
• Analyze the health of the existing portfolio, identify growth opportunities and risk of loss.
• Strengthen relationships with corporate clients and increase share within existing accounts.
• Monitor forecast performance and take actions to meet targets.
• Evaluate revenue, warehouse occupancy, margin, and client share indicators.
• Follow up on NPS and overall client experience.
• Provide commercial analysis and data for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics storage and B2B business development.
• Track record in managing corporate accounts and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience leading or coordinating commercial teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret commercial indicators.
• Result‑oriented with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Commerce or related fields.
