Ejecutivo de Ventas – Transporte Logístico Terrestre

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive specialized in land logistics transportation to drive new business and grow existing accounts. The role is based onsite in Lagunilla de Heredia and focuses on delivering sales targets through proactive client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in the ground transport sector.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with current customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
• Conduct on‑site client visits and negotiate service agreements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in logistics, transportation or distribution (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills for land transport services.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with key accounts.
• Effective communication and customer‑focused attitude.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and results‑driven mindset.
• Knowledge of Transport Management Systems (TMS) and market analysis is a plus.
• BASC certification is desirable.
