eLearning Experience Designer – Articulate & Rise Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full-time eLearning Experience Designer to create interactive training modules and lead client communications. The role combines instructional design, creative direction, and production oversight to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise, applying modern learning best practices.
• Lead client meetings, present concepts and prototypes, and manage feedback cycles.
• Track instructional design tasks, timelines and coordinate video, animation, design and development teams.
• Review internal deliverables for quality and alignment before client presentation.
• Monitor learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve content.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of instructional design and eLearning development experience.
• Native or bilingual-level English fluency.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing multiple deliverables.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven and available full-time (40 hours/week).

Required skills

• Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise (Articulate 360).
• Project tracking tools such as Trello or Notion.
• Knowledge of LMS standards (SCORM, xAPI, Absorb).
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
