About the role
We are looking for a full-time eLearning Experience Designer to create interactive training modules and lead client communications. The role combines instructional design, creative direction, and production oversight to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise, applying modern learning best practices.
- Lead client meetings, present concepts and prototypes, and manage feedback cycles.
- Track instructional design tasks, timelines and coordinate video, animation, design and development teams.
- Review internal deliverables for quality and alignment before client presentation.
- Monitor learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve content.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of instructional design and eLearning development experience.
- Native or bilingual-level English fluency.
- Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing multiple deliverables.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven and available full-time (40 hours/week).
Required skills
- Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise (Articulate 360).
- Project tracking tools such as Trello or Notion.
- Knowledge of LMS standards (SCORM, xAPI, Absorb).
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
