Executive Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join its Executive Search team. You will identify and attract senior‑level talent for both internal positions and client organizations, working entirely remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute search strategies to locate executive and senior‑level candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Support offer negotiations and manage the placement process.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Expand professional networks to source qualified talent.
• Monitor market trends to refine recruitment approaches.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Familiarity with recruiting for the US market.
• Experience working in remote environments.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Skilled in candidate assessment.
