Head of Sales – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

Viva is looking for a Head of Sales to design and launch its B2B sales engine across the United States from a remote base in Latin America. Reporting directly to the Co‑CEO, you will own the sales playbook, build the team, and drive both expansion and new‑logo revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a repeatable expansion playbook for existing US accounts within the first 6–9 months.
• Design and execute a net‑new logo motion, partnering closely with Marketing for outbound outreach.
• Recruit, coach, and manage a lean sales organization (AEs, RevOps, Account Managers, etc.).
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure alignment of strategy and consistent revenue growth.
• Own two core metrics: expansion closed‑won deals and new‑sales closed‑won deals.

Required profile

• 5+ years leading sales teams, with a track record of solving large‑scale commercial problems.
• Proven US selling experience, having closed deals with C‑suite, VP, or Head‑level buyers.
• Comfortable with $50K–$150K ACV sales cycles and both outbound and expansion motions.
• Experience hiring and managing quota‑carrying roles (AEs, Account Managers, RevOps).
• Willingness to travel ~25% to the US and hold a valid US visa.
• Fluent English for daily executive‑level conversations.
