IT Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for its technology projects. Working remotely, you will act as the bridge between client services, sales, and the broader Talent Acquisition team, ensuring that pre‑vetted candidates are matched quickly and efficiently to open IT positions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, select, and present candidates from the existing talent pool to meet client needs.
• Manage the full vetting process, from initial screening to final presentation.
• Collaborate daily with Client Services, Sales, and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene by reviewing and filtering candidates according to defined parameters.
• Write concise candidate summaries and edit resumes for optimal presentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting or technical talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Adaptable, team‑oriented, and process‑driven.
