IT Support – SAP BO

About the role

The company is looking for an IT Support professional specialized in SAP BusinessObjects (BO). The role involves aligning the organization’s technology infrastructure by installing, maintaining, and repairing computer systems, networks, servers, software and hardware, while safeguarding digital assets against threats.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and troubleshoot SAP BO environments and related hardware.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on servers, operating systems and network equipment.
• Monitor and enforce cybersecurity protocols across the infrastructure.
• Administer SAP HANA databases, write and optimize SQL/PLSQL queries.
• Design and generate reports using Crystal Reports and Power BI.
• Support electronic invoicing processes.

Required profile

• University student in Systems Engineering or a related field, preferably available weekdays.
• Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in a company using SAP.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BO, HANA, SQL, PL/SQL, Crystal Reports and Power BI.
• Knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance, operating systems, network infrastructure and cybersecurity.
