Junior Inside Sales Specialist (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote Junior Inside Sales Specialist position is designed for energetic, organized bilingual professionals who enjoy both prospecting and administrative support. You will help keep the sales pipeline flowing smoothly while engaging new leads across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to identify and qualify potential leads.
• Schedule discovery calls, manage calendar invites, and ensure clear communication between prospects and the sales team.
• Maintain accurate data by logging outreach activities, updating trackers, and generating pipeline reports.
• Handle email correspondence and follow‑ups with prospects, clients, and internal team members.
• Organise sales materials, documentation, and administrative files in Google Drive for easy team access.
• Support market research, document preparation, and other administrative tasks to optimise the sales process.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or administrative assistance.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
• Quiet, professional home workspace with reliable internet.
