About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Pre & Post Sales Engineer to provide end‑to‑end technical support for our photovoltaic solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

Deliver technical support on solar PV products throughout project lifecycles.
Conduct technical training sessions on our photovoltaic solutions.
Provide pre‑sale and post‑sale technical assistance to clients.
Manage tickets and resolve technical cases for internal and external customers.

Required profile

Completed or ongoing degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role.
Knowledge of photovoltaic generation, medium‑voltage systems, transformers, electrical installations and protection devices.
Intermediate proficiency in English and solid command of Microsoft Office.
