About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Pre & Post Sales Engineer to provide end‑to‑end technical support for our photovoltaic solutions. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver technical support on solar PV products throughout project lifecycles.
- Conduct technical training sessions on our photovoltaic solutions.
- Provide pre‑sale and post‑sale technical assistance to clients.
- Manage tickets and resolve technical cases for internal and external customers.
Required profile
- Completed or ongoing degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Knowledge of photovoltaic generation, medium‑voltage systems, transformers, electrical installations and protection devices.
- Intermediate proficiency in English and solid command of Microsoft Office.
