Mensajero Administrativo – Cobranza de Capital

About the role

This position is a field‑based administrative messenger focused on capital debt collection in the Izabal department of Guatemala. The incumbent will travel to assigned municipalities, follow predefined routes, and engage with clients to recover overdue balances.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct domiciliary visits to clients with delinquent accounts following assigned routes.
• Negotiate payment agreements and secure debt recovery.
• Update case information after each visit and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities for locating and recovering additional accounts.
• Report daily results and any significant portfolio issues to management.
• Maintain a respectful and professional demeanor during all client interactions.

Required profile

• High school graduate (diversified level).
• Own motorcycle with a valid license.
• Minimum one year of experience in domiciliary collection, route sales, administrative messenger, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with the geography and routes of Guatemala.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and result‑orientation skills.
• Organized and capable of working independently in the field.
• Willingness to travel throughout the entire department of Guatemala.

What we offer

• Base salary of Q4,403 plus a Q250 legal incentive.
• Additional Q1,000 monthly allowance for fuel, depreciation, and mobile phone.
• Quarterly bonus up to one month’s salary based on performance (minimum 80% target, up to 120% for maximum bonus).
• Standard benefits in line with company policies.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
• 100% field work covering the entire Izabal department.
• Monday morning reporting at the nearest agency to print and organize the day’s route.
