About the role
The Occupational Health and Safety Monitor will ensure a safe industrial environment for all employees at Helados PaliDeli. The role focuses on reducing workplace risks, providing nursing support, and fostering a culture of prevention in line with national regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor occupational and industrial safety risks.
- Verify compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver monthly training according to the schedule.
- Provide nursing assistance to employees as needed.
Required profile
- Technical qualification in nursing.
- Knowledge of first‑aid procedures.
- Familiarity with Colombian regulation A.G. 229‑2014.
- Understanding of disaster‑reduction standards.
- Experience with epidemiological surveillance systems.
