About the role

The Occupational Health and Safety Monitor will ensure a safe industrial environment for all employees at Helados PaliDeli. The role focuses on reducing workplace risks, providing nursing support, and fostering a culture of prevention in line with national regulations.

Key responsibilities

Monitor occupational and industrial safety risks.
Verify compliance with health and safety regulations.
Deliver monthly training according to the schedule.
Provide nursing assistance to employees as needed.

Required profile

Technical qualification in nursing.
Knowledge of first‑aid procedures.
Familiarity with Colombian regulation A.G. 229‑2014.
Understanding of disaster‑reduction standards.
Experience with epidemiological surveillance systems.
