About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Datacenter Operator to support the daily operations of our critical data‑center environment in Guatemala. The successful candidate will ensure continuous service availability, handle incidents, and assist with equipment changes and installations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure and services around the clock.
• Respond to and escalate incidents promptly.
• Assist with changes, maintenance activities, and equipment installations.
• Perform remote‑hands tasks as required.
• Maintain operational logs and track tickets.
• Control documentation and generate regular reports.
• Ensure compliance with established operational procedures.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience as a Datacenter Operator or in a similar role.
• Technical degree, diploma, or advanced studies in Systems Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Basic English proficiency.
• Strong customer‑service attitude, organization, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• Team player with a commitment to continuous learning.
• Availability for onsite work on rotating 24/7 shifts.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license are desirable.
