Operario – Plant Operations Assistant

About the role

The Operario will support daily plant operations at Roshe, ensuring production processes run smoothly and safely. This full‑time, on‑site position in Guatemala City involves basic machinery handling, visual quality checks, and maintaining a clean work area.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor basic production machinery according to standard procedures.
• Perform visual quality inspections of finished products.
• Keep the workstation orderly and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Record production data accurately and report any incidents.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions precisely and respect safety and quality protocols.
• Good manual coordination, attention to detail, and capacity to maintain concentration on repetitive tasks.
• Experience working in a production plant or similar industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices in food or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Willingness to work shifts, physical fitness, punctuality, and reliable attendance.
