Part-time Appointment Setter – Customer Engagement

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, energetic individual to join our client’s growing marketing and sales team as a part‑time Appointment Setter. The role is fully remote and focuses on engaging customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting sales activities for a business that serves mechanics.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls using warm leads provided by the company.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments.
• Communicate with mechanics and customers via phone and email.
• Assist with inbound sales inquiries and act as a virtual receptionist.
• Maintain and clean customer and mechanic records in the company’s proprietary CRM.
• Keep dashboards and records organized and up‑to‑date.
• Follow up on leads to ensure timely communication.
• Participate in company‑provided orientation and training.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
• Willingness to learn and work with a proprietary CRM.

What we offer

• Part‑time schedule of 10–15 hours per week, with preferred windows 5 PM–8 PM ET or 7 AM–10 AM ET.
• Payment in USD or local currency, according to candidate preference.
