About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Legal Intern to support its Latin America and Caribbean legal team. This hybrid position offers a hands‑on experience in corporate law, contracts, compliance and regulatory matters within a multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal advice support to the business.
• Review and organize commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Conduct legal and regulatory research for Central American and Caribbean countries.
• Track internal requests and prepare legal documentation.
• Manage contract administration on corporate platforms and maintain legal files, powers of attorney, and corporate records.
• Assist in regional projects by gathering information and preparing reports.
• Support administrative follow‑up with external law firms and suppliers, consolidating required documentation.

Required profile

• University law student, preferably in the fifth year of study.
• Prior experience in a law firm, ideally in corporate or commercial law, is a plus.
• Availability to complete the internship according to university requirements.
• Intermediate to advanced English reading and writing skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
