Performance Media Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Media Strategist to design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel paid campaigns. You will own execution across paid search and paid social, working closely with creative and account teams to deliver measurable ROI for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid strategies and landing‑page optimisation.
• Implement negative‑keyword strategies and run A/B tests to improve CTR and conversion rates.
• Build and manage campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other emerging platforms.
• Utilise audience targeting, creative testing and bidding strategies to meet client KPIs.
• Monitor budgets, pacing and performance daily, making proactive optimisations.
• Develop integrated media plans that align with client goals and budgets.
• Analyse performance data, extract cross‑channel insights and present weekly/monthly reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date on platform updates, industry trends and share knowledge with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in paid search and paid social.
• Ability to analyse data and optimise campaigns for ROI.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Agency experience with multi‑client portfolios is a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging platforms such as TikTok Ads or CTV is preferred.
