Product Trainer Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Product Trainer Representative to help customers activate and use NRS Premium Features. You will engage directly with customers via outbound calls, training sessions, and follow‑ups to ensure they gain maximum value from their purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and follow‑up communications with customers.
• Deliver product training sessions and live demonstrations of Premium Features.
• Answer customer questions, resolve open items, and guide activation.
• Maintain ongoing engagement to promote product adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to relay customer feedback.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, product training, inside sales, or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and presenting product features.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and follow‑up activities simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently while collaborating with others.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
