Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition

About the role

SpartanX is looking for a proactive Recruiter to lead full‑cycle talent acquisition across multiple U.S. markets. You will partner with hiring managers to source, assess and hire top talent for a fast‑growing solar company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and operational leaders.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Extend verbal offers and collaborate with HR and onboarding teams.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles and maintain accurate ATS records and hiring metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably full‑cycle.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and work independently while partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience recruiting hourly and salaried positions is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Rippling.
• Experience using sourcing platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and ZipRecruiter.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Google Workspace.
