About the role
We are looking for an energetic Recruiter who thrives on meeting new people and uncovering talent through insightful questioning. The ideal candidate will build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates while consistently meeting and exceeding hiring quotas.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.
- Achieve daily and weekly quotas related to calls, emails, and hires.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with the Microsoft Office suite.
- High energy, passion for recruitment, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.
