About the role
The Recruitment Manager leads talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent while meeting service level agreements and business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with hiring objectives and workforce planning.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of recruiters, setting performance metrics and conducting regular reviews.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring compliance and SLA adherence.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast demand, provide market insights and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years managing recruitment teams in high‑volume environments.
