About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused representative to join our fully remote team. The role involves interacting with customers through multiple channels, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up on requests to ensure complete resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or a call‑center environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
