Remote Sales Assistant – Inbound Sales & Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales Assistant to join a fast‑growing team that operates a portfolio of American cleaning brands. You will handle inbound inquiries, follow up on quotes, overcome objections, and turn prospects into paying customers while supporting daily sales operations for U.S. home‑service companies.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound calls and messages into booked, paying customers.
• Book, reschedule, and answer customer questions with clarity and urgency.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding cleaning professionals.
• Troubleshoot daily issues for cleaners and customers while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Track revenue, bookings, and team performance on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Proven ability to close sales and solve customer problems.
• Fluent, clear, and persuasive spoken and written English.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
• Calm under pressure, proactive, self‑managed, and comfortable working directly with the CEO.
