Representante Ventas Regional (paneles solares, energías renovables, BESS)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive business growth for solar micro‑grid, photovoltaic and battery energy storage (BESS) projects in Guatemala. You will generate new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new industrial clients for solar micro‑grids, photovoltaic systems and BESS solutions.
• Identify customer needs and propose appropriate renewable‑energy solutions.
• Conduct equipment demonstrations and explain technical features.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and negotiate sales terms.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including delivery coordination.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Stay informed on product updates, market trends and competitor activity.
• Follow up on payments, after‑sales service and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Record all commercial activities in the CRM and report results.
• Gather market and competitor intelligence to support product strategy.

Required profile

• Technical or higher education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of the renewable‑energy market in Guatemala and Central America.
• Experience with EPC or investment projects in the renewable‑energy sector.
• Advanced English proficiency (essential).

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
