Retail Environment Specialist (eCommerce)

About the role

The Retail Environment Specialist (eCommerce) will drive commercial growth and market‑share for Colgate‑Palmolive across priority e‑tailers in Central America. Reporting to the Retail Marketing CAM Director, the role works closely with Consumer Marketing and Customer Development to shape data‑driven strategies, optimise digital‑shelf execution and enhance the brand’s omnichannel shopper experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and e‑Share‑of‑Market growth on designated digital channels, applying eRCD guidelines and managing ROI for promotional investments.
• Negotiate and co‑create business opportunities with retailer marketing teams, aligning promotional calendars with brand standards.
• Develop and execute rich‑content, product‑portfolio and keyword strategies to improve search ranking, conversion rates and product‑detail pages.
• Analyse category trends, e‑tailer data, ratings and reviews to forecast sales, optimise the eCommerce budget and allocate strategic investments.
• Partner with Consumer Marketing and Customer Development to launch 360° digital campaigns, update booking guidelines and introduce differentiated product innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional commercial experience, including at least 1 year in eCommerce or digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with category management, P&L analysis and multi‑category seasonality.
