Sales Director – Hospitality SaaS

About the role

As a Sales Director at Cloudbeds you will drive growth by targeting independent hotels and hotel groups, acquiring new high‑value ARR customers and positioning Cloudbeds as the leading hospitality platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute a sales strategy for independent hotels and groups, identifying revenue opportunities.
• Deliver on sales forecasts and achieve ambitious ARR targets.
• Conduct virtual client presentations that clearly articulate Cloudbeds’ value proposition.
• Represent Cloudbeds at major industry events as a brand ambassador.
• Provide field feedback to sales leadership, product, and marketing teams.
• Cultivate strong post‑sale relationships that generate referrals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of top‑performing sales experience with a consultative approach.
• Proven track record selling to mid‑market independent hotels and hotel groups.
• Deep understanding of the hospitality technology ecosystem.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills and ability to build pipelines independently.

Required skills

• Expertise in Salesforce CRM and long‑term pipeline management.
• Good knowledge of PMS technology.
