Senior Delivery Lead – Enterprise Programs

About the role

EZCORP is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to drive large‑scale, cross‑functional enterprise programs across the United States and Latin America. The role will initially focus on a multi‑country integration effort and will evolve to cover additional enterprise initiatives as business needs change.

Key responsibilities

• Define program structure, governance, workstream charters, milestones, risk frameworks and executive reporting cadence.
• Own the integrated program plan, map dependencies, monitor critical path and ensure milestone dates are met.
• Establish and run steering committees, RAID management, decision‑escalation protocols and status reporting.
• Manage program financials, budget tracking, SOW governance and forecast‑to‑actual variance.
• Lead enterprise platform migrations (ERP, HCM, financial systems) including data migration, testing, cut‑over sequencing and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Coordinate multi‑site technology rollouts across retail or branch locations, handling hardware provisioning, store‑level scheduling and staff training.
• Develop and execute change‑management strategies, stakeholder communication plans and role‑based training for multilingual audiences.

Required profile

• 8+ years of program or project management experience delivering large‑scale integration, migration or transformation programs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, able to lead meetings and present to executives in both languages.
• Proven experience managing programs across the US and Latin America, navigating multiple regulatory environments and cultures.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, vendor governance and CapEx/OpEx tracking.
