About the role
We are looking for a dynamic, organized leader to oversee the daily operations of our store. The Store Manager will ensure a collaborative work environment while maintaining high standards of product freshness and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the store team, fostering a cooperative atmosphere.
- Perform cash register reconciliation and manage financial resources responsibly.
- Control product rotation to guarantee freshness and quality.
- Organize and supervise all daily store activities.
Required profile
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience as a restaurant manager or store administrator.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
