Supervisor(a) Comercial de Call Center

About the role

Clean Master is looking for a Commercial Call Center Supervisor to lead a team of sales agents across multiple digital channels. The role combines people management, performance monitoring and hands‑on coaching to drive revenue and meet key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of commercial call‑center agents.
• Manage sales generated from inbound calls, telemarketing, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger.
• Track daily goals, conversions, effective contacts, opportunities and closed sales.
• Listen to and evaluate calls to provide commercial coaching.
• Ensure quality and effectiveness of digital conversations.
• Control productivity, client follow‑up and KPI compliance.
• Analyze reports from the phone system, CRM and digital channels.
• Identify improvement opportunities and create individual action plans.
• Conduct short follow‑up and coaching meetings with sellers.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Operations and IT departments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years supervising commercial sales teams in a call‑center environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop salespeople.
• Experience working with commercial targets and KPIs.
• Strong commercial judgment, objection handling and closing skills.
• Aptitude for data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Organized, dynamic, proactive and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with phone‑system platforms.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram for sales.
