Technical Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who will bridge business strategy and engineering execution. Working closely with technical product managers and development teams, you will translate requirements into clear, testable user stories and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Use AI assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude) daily to generate code, create automated tests, refactor, and review code.
• Write user stories in Given‑When‑Then (Gherkin) format, define acceptance criteria, and document dependencies for the development team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate sprint progress, and present completed work during sprint reviews.
• Coach teammates on AI‑augmented practices and contribute to team conventions for AI usage.
• Mentor associate Technical Product Owners, share best practices, and participate in product‑owner communities of practice.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a business analyst or product analyst.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of agile delivery and Gherkin story writing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
• Issue‑tracking and collaboration platforms: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
• Behaviour‑Driven Development tools: Cucumber, SpecFlow, Behave.
• Proficiency with Given‑When‑Then (Gherkin) syntax.
