About the role
The Home Technician provides on‑site technical support for telecommunications services. The role requires a qualified background in electricity or electronics and involves direct interaction with customers at their residences.
Key responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications equipment at customer homes.
- Work safely at heights when required to access aerial or rooftop installations.
- Deliver courteous and effective customer service during all service visits.
- Adhere to scheduled work hours and maintain punctuality.
Required profile
- Graduate degree in Electricity, Electronics or a related technical field.
- Minimum six months of experience in telecommunications.
- Gender neutral – all candidates are welcome.
- Valid driver’s license type B or C.
- Residence in or near the municipality where the job is performed.
