Training Manager

About the role

Conduent is seeking a Training Manager to lead its critical learning initiatives for Fortune‑100 clients and government agencies. In this role you will shape training strategy, coach a team of trainers, and ensure high‑impact learning experiences that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop training teams, providing coaching, performance evaluation, and priority setting.
• Identify training needs in partnership with account managers and align them with business priorities.
• Design, review, and validate training content, including online courses hosted in the LMS.
• Deliver advanced‑level training for supervisors on products, tools, and processes.
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to close training gaps.
• Produce reports and dashboards on training investment and effectiveness for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing training or learning teams.
• Strong ability to consult with business partners and translate needs into learning solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering supervisor‑level training.
• Analytical mindset for reporting and measuring training impact.
