About the role

Solutions & Payroll is seeking an experienced Administrador de obra to lead the administration of industrial assembly and infrastructure projects for a key client in Asuncion Mita, Guatemala. The role combines construction site management with human‑resources and payroll responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee payroll processing, social security contributions and compliance with Guatemalan labor legislation.
• Manage disciplinary procedures and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment, selection and hiring of project personnel.
• Support the project team with administrative tasks related to industrial assembly and infrastructure works.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for finance and HR departments.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Engineering or an administrative discipline.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Construction Administrator or in HR/payroll roles within industrial assembly or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, social security, labor law, disciplinary processes and recruitment.
• Willingness to relocate to Asuncion Mita.
