About the role

The company is looking for a Sales Advisor to work in a shopping‑center environment. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them choose products, processing sales in‑store and through social media, and ensuring the sales floor remains organized and well stocked.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in product selection and provide personalized advice.
• Process sales transactions both in the store and via social media platforms.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked work area and ensure proper product display.
• Handle warranty follow‑ups and loyalty‑program activities.
• Support inventory counts, returns, and replenishment processes.
• Guarantee the integrity and correct presentation of merchandise.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a sales advisor or customer‑service representative.
• Ability to work in Pradera Concepcion, Carretera el Salvador.
• Flexible schedule to cover shopping‑center hours and holidays.
• Diversified educational background (no specific degree required).

Required skills

• Monthly salary of Q4,252.00.
