About the role
En Salud Maipa is expanding its sales force and is looking for proactive Point‑of‑Sale Promoters to represent its pharmaceutical products across several locations in Guatemala. The role involves direct interaction with customers at retail points, promoting brand visibility and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Promote assigned products at designated points of sale.
- Provide product advice and excellent customer service.
- Increase sales and improve brand visibility.
- Maintain proper product displays and manage promotional materials.
- Prepare basic activity reports on visits and sales performance.
Required profile
- Experience in promotion, sales or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across the country.
- Dynamic, responsible and results‑oriented attitude.
