About the role

The Operations Assistant will provide operational and administrative support, ensuring internal processes run smoothly and objectives are met. This role involves coordinating activities, preparing reports, and assisting the operations team in daily tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor operational activities.
• Prepare and control administrative reports.
• Track internal processes within the operations area.
• Assist in planning and organizing tasks.
• Maintain and update operational information.
• Collaborate with different departments to follow up on requirements.
• Provide general support to the operations team.

Required profile

• University student with a completed curriculum in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a production environment.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays.
• Own vehicle preferred.
• Residence near San José Villa Nueva.
• Organized, responsible, and eager to develop professionally.
