About the role

We are looking for a motivated Reservation Assistant to join our hospitality team. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in English, handling reservation inquiries, and supporting guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation requests and inquiries in English, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to guests, addressing their needs and questions.
• Organize and manage multiple reservation tasks efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth front‑desk operations.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• English proficiency of 80% or higher.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer‑service roles conducted in English.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Zona 15.
• Positive service attitude, initiative, eagerness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to organize several tasks efficiently.
